Account Manager

In this role, you’ll actively contribute to planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives — helping to bring campaigns and ideas to life across Ontario.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will:

  • Have 3-5 years of account management or coordination experience in a marketing or advertising agency

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and flexibility are key

  • Possess strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be comfortable with Office 365; experience with HootSuite is an asset

  • Have a genuine appreciation for food and culinary culture, including meat and poultry products (trial and tasting is part of this role)

  • Be curious, proactive, and eager to learn


What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns

  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track

  • Providing hands-on support for campaign execution — including occasionally helping with social media creative, drafting content, and preparing reports

  • Helping to manage timelines, budgets, and progress reports

  • Pitching in on retail tour preparation, events, and content production as needed

  • Occasionally travelling within Ontario (valid driver’s licence required; a vehicle can be provided when necessary)


What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Work in-office at our downtown Brampton location (a few blocks from Brampton Innovation GO Station)

  • Be willing to contribute to all stages of project execution — this is not a sit-back-and-delegate position

  • Be adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities


Additional Assets

  • Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Mandarin, Punjabi, etc.) are a strong advantage and highly valued in this role.
